"We enjoyed lunch at Nonna Rosa's at the recommendation of our tour guide. It was absolutely the best meal we had in the Bologna area! The Tagliatelle with Ragu was exceptional. The ravioli filled w ricotta & spinach with asparagus and speck was delicious. An amaretto semi-fredo was a perfect ending. Very nice atmosphere. Good service! Reasonable prices. If you are in Bologna, go to Nonna Rosa's for a meal!!!"

"Staff was very nice and cheerful! The food was absolutely incredible, probably the best pasta di ragù I've ever tried... the mascarpone cream was a bit too much but this is not something i will personally complain about. A bit far from the centre but definitely worth it. You can give a nice walk to digest the food on your way back I'll miss this place!"

"Very tasty traditional food from Bologna. Staff are courteous and provide excellent service. Lots of posters of old movies posted on the walls and ceiling. We had the truffle potatoes, sliced beef with rocket and ravioli with ricotta and spinach topped with mushrooms"

"Great local food, great atmosphere and great service from Anastasia. A must in Bologna when you visit. Don't forget to make reservation as they are always fully booked. And it is not a big restaurant. Take tasting as everything is great taste. Don't miss if you are in Bologna."

"Amazing restaurant that is hidden in a garden in one of the houses in the neighborhood. All there servers were very welcome and nice. And the food was AMAZING. Perfect dishes at a low price. Cottoletta alla Bolognese was Huge (like 700-800 grams) and had so much truffle. Very recommended!"

"Amazing food and atmosphere was very cosy for a colder day. We ordered one entrée and a 1st plate each and it was too much food so be aware of portion size. Price is fair for the amount and quality of the food served."

"We loved this place. We went in at 8:30, and the wait for a table was about an hour. They recommended a nearby pub to grab a drink while we waited. We ordered the roast beef with rocket and Parmesan, the tagliatelle with bolognese, the cheese board, and added on the spicy pasta. This might be our favorite meal from our whole trip in Italy!"
